Welcome to Tours Peruvian service. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings and Payments
- To confirm a reservation, an advance payment is required (percentage specified in each package).
- The remaining balance must be paid before starting the tour, according to the specific conditions of each destination.
- Prices are expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN) or US Dollars (USD) and include statutory taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policies
- Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance may be subject to an administrative fee but will allow for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable, given the operational expenses already incurred for bookings with third parties (hotels, trains, flights).
- In case of a "no show" (failure to appear at the start of the tour), the passenger forfeits 100% of the amount paid.
3. Itinerary Modifications
The agency reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary due to unforeseen factors such as strikes, roadblocks, adverse weather, or any other force majeure event that puts the integrity of the passengers at risk. Alternatives of similar quality will always be sought.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- It is the passenger's responsibility to carry their valid identity documents (ID, Passport, etc.) at all times.
- The passenger must timely inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or relevant medical conditions before starting the trip.
- Respectful behavior towards staff, other passengers, and the local communities visited is expected.
5. Travel Insurance
Although our transport services have SOAT (Compulsory Traffic Accident Insurance), we strongly recommend that all passengers purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance covering medical assistance, theft, and unforeseen cancellations.
